Als ik nog een - punt kon zetten, deed ik het graag
Ze respecteren niet zijn afspraken, ik ben naar mijn afspraak geweest, en zij zei dat ze niet wist wat de afspraken zijn en dat de andere meijse ziek was! Zonder me niets te laten weten!
Ongelooflijk!
En de keer ervoor was de dame helemaal onvriendelijk.
Niet aan te raden!

Terrible experience with hair stylist Alesya. I had natural fair hair with request of some highlights and was expecting to get golden brown color , this was my first time to do any coloration on my hair so I was not acquainted with techniques and what would be more suitable for me . My request was to get golden highlights and I also didn’t want to get small colored sections close to the root because I don’t like contrast of dark and light hair . Alesya recommended me partial airtouch , by the end of procedure I could not understand if I liked the color or not also due to the inside lightening . When I got home I was disappointed and upset because my hair was totally blonde , and I never wanted that and mentioned about it also there were those small colored parts of hair close to the root . I contacted her and asked if we can make it darker as I never asked to be blonde and we set up a date for one week later . I am coming from another city and rescheduled my work to be there and wearing this color was emotionally destructive for me for the whole week. In the evening before procedure Alesya cancels our appointment , less than 24 hour notice .
all my next attempts to ask what day is available to fix her work were ignored .
From my experience I can tell that Alesya is deeply unprofessional specialist who does not care what client is requesting, she is pushing you the service that will be either more expensive or something she would prefer to do , not client oriented and ignorant to your needs. Highly not recommend

Ik ben al meer dan 3 jaar een vaste klant bij Tatyana en haar Team. Altijd altijd super tevreden geweest van hun kwantitatieve werk, een professionele aanpak of het over de manicure of een pedicure gaat. Tatyana is heel ervaarde top specialist, zij kan altijd een advies geven, flexibiel met de afspraken en levert altijd top werk af. Ik raad haar salon zeker aan, ook haar team (Olga, Ksenia) zijn supergoed in hun werk, de beste specialisten in Antwerpen, wat mij betreft 🙂 Dankjewel Tatyana en Alure Team, graag tot de volgende keer!

Пользуюсь услугами салона уже несколько лет. Всегда довольна качеством выполненной работы. Мастера очень внимательны к пожеланиям. Если у вас есть желание поговорить - мастер всегда поддержит беседу, хотите помолчать - тоже пожалуйста, никто не будет лезть к вам с вопросами 🙂. Хотите здоровые, красивые, ухоженные ногти и волосы? I have nothing to say against the quality of the work, they are good at their job. However, they treat you as if you are forcing them to do your nails for free. No smile, no hello, absolute zero effort to communicate with the client and cater to their needs... Nobody has to fake a smile or act friendly, yet I have been treated really badly there. They also completely ignore you when they are doing your nails, for instance listening to (maybe also watching?) something with earphones and getting up suddenly to talk to someone or to do something else without even saying "excuse me". In addition, once I went there to ask if they had a free time slot for a nearby date, they said no (which is very natural, that's why I asked in the first place) and I simply got a further appointment. As soon as I left, they shared a semi-mocking post on Instagram, saying that if we want service, we should book in advance. As an adult, I see nothing wrong with just asking for a close appointment date but that post was so rude. All in all, if you do not mind being treated this way, they do meticulous work and the manicure-pedicure is really good. However, I am afraid I will not go there again.
