Heel goed kapsalon! Ik voelde mij hier echt op mijn gemak. De kapper begreep wat ik wou en heeft er het beste uit gehaald. Hij was heel vriendelijk en empathisch.

This is the best salon in Belgium! Aitcha, Yudin and Nadya are so professional and talented that I drive 1,30 hours to Antwerp every month to have my hair + nails done. They give 100% every time and this for more than a decade! ❤️

I used to go to several hair salons in Antwerp, and I have never had such a terrible experience , except with Mo’na salon. My hair is thin by nature, so I wanted to opt for balayage instead of highlights (everyone knows that highlights easily damage the hair). I called and I asked for balayage, colouring, cutting and brushing, and got my appointment. When I first came there, again I asked for dark colour and balayage to lighten the hair!!! What I got was very light highlights, and to my surprise the stupid hairdresser wanted to do it as he wants, meaning he wanted only to give me highlights without colouring my hair (I needed colouring to cover my grey hair)… it was Yudin who had to tell him to colour my hair… when I told him these were highlights, he replied it is mix of balayage and highlights!!!! Then when he started drying my hair, I saw how terrible the colour was…he said it balayage and it is going to darken over time!!!! The audacity!!! You ruin my hair and still lie to me in a rude way!! ( sorry your messages on the phone are more important than your client since you want only easy money to come to your pockets), not talking about how you were tearing my hair while brushing it!!! …. If you don’t want to work, then stay home and don’t ruin people’s hair!!
Ps: Yudin tried to darken the hair by using a toner, but still did not prevent damaging my thin hair!!

Love this salon. Very professional do a great job for adults and kids. The staff is very friendly and they definitely know what they do. You can clearly see that they love their job.

Ze luisteren echt naar de klant en zijn behoefte. De kappers zijn over vriendelijk en het resultaat is verbluffend! Een aanrader . Best wel op voorhand vragen wat de prijs is
